I believe Andrew Basiago coined the term "planetary whistleblower" when referring to the information he came forward to share last year (also, link to previous Mars whistleblower testimony at TheMarsRecords.com).
Well, as of February 10, 2010, as published in an examiner.com article entitled, "Whistleblower Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, Ike’s great-granddaughter, outs secret Mars colony project", we have another planetary whistleblower, who shares a story very similar to Basiago's.
Laura Magdalene Eisenhower (LME), great-granddaughter of Dwight D. Eisenhower (34th President of the United States), has come forward to tell her story, and writes about how her experiences relate to 2012 (in her book "2012 and the Ancient Game: Venus–Sophia and Recruitment to Mars ").
I've just started reading about LME's story, but wanted to share what I'd found thus far. Here is an excerpt from the examiner.com article,
In a public statement, Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, great-granddaughter of former President Dwight David Eisenhower (1890-1969), has exposed her attempted recruitment from April 2006 through January 2007 by a secret Mars colony project.
Ms. Eisenhower’s account of her targeting by time travel surveillance and attempted manipulation by trained intelligence agents attached to a Mars colony project were revealed in an ExopoliticsRadio.org interview, and in an extensive written statement at Ms. Eisenhower’s website.
Ki’ Lia, a Stanford-educated artist, futurist and colleague of Ms. Eisenhower, has provided a corroborating first hand witness account of her and Ms. Eisenhower’s attempted recruitment into a secret human survival colony on Mars, available at Ki’ Lia’s website.
The alleged purpose of the secret Mars colony was to provide a survival civilization for the human race on Earth in the event of a planned (such as HAARP or bio-weapon induced) or natural cataclysm (such as by solar flares) that might depopulate the Earth.
In revealing these secret Mars colony plans, Ms. Eisenhower and Ki’ Lia have emerged to join a growing cadre of independent whistle blowers disclosing secret technologies and extraterrestrial-related covert operations of U.S. military-intelligence agencies and corporate entities.
The revelations of Ms. Eisenhower and Ki’ Lia corroborate independent whistle blower revelations made by lawyer Andrew D. Basiago of covert U.S. government surveillance of political persons of interest using secret time travel technology.
Their allegations are also consistent with disclosures made by Mr. Basiago that twice in 1981 he teleported from a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA to a secret U.S. base on Mars, first by himself, and then a second time in the company of CIA agent Courtney M. Hunt.

In introducing her Mars colony revelations at Exopolitics.com, Ms. Eisenhower writes, “My great-grandfather President Ike, who was also the Army general who led the Allied Forces to victory over Hitler, battled evil corrupt powers on Earth and took on some of the most challenging scenarios in history.
As I grew up, I could sense that I was completing this battle that has ancient roots. When Hitler died and the Nazis lost power- the entities including those that were ET/Extraterrestrial did not [Emphasis added].
They continued to find hosts and create agreements with people who were a part of the races of the patriarch and Global Elite - who want to run things through fear tactics, control and the suppression of Sophia or the essence of the Divine Feminine.”

LME's friend, Ki’ Lia, stated that this secret government agency, in their ongoing attempts to preempt a natural course of events they see as unfolding (and not in accord with their preferred endgame), had used either an advanced technology, or remote viewing, etc., to view Laura's personal relationships in an attempt to place someone with her, who would guide events to their desired ends,

Ki’ Lia concludes, “Their data about Laura and her partners were seemingly gathered through a time viewing device (which they had called ‘Looking Glass’ or ‘Orion’s Cube’ or possibly through remote viewing or even time travel – all part of their cadre of top classified technologies (already disclosed in increasing black projects literature).”

When these agencies determined who one possible mate would be, they sent this gentleman to her and they formed a personal relationship.
It is stated in the article that this man, who was seen on one of Laura's probably timelines as a mate, suffered multiple personality disorder and was more or less determined to have been the victim of "...MK-ULTRA experiments and multi-generational occult ritual abuse..." (link).
If these agencies knew who these men would be, then they could intercept them at an earlier point and begin their mental manipulation.
All of this makes sense given what we know.
I want to take an excerpt that actually lays Eisenhower's case out in a nutshell, and that her story has been corroborated, almost word for word, by contactee, George Kavassilas.

Refusing to Go to Mars
Over time the Mars issue became louder and louder. Ki' Lia and he were working on plans to make this mission happen, but she realized his plans were dubious based on my observations and could only try to investigate more. She and I would talk more and more, and I would fill her in on my observations.
I had dreams and premonitions that something was way off, and in one dream I got taken up by chains into a ship and a voice told me I had to make a choice about being with them or staying on Earth – and that they wouldn't harm me but they would certainly control me.
I chose Earth and fell out of the ship and fell into the ocean and was all alone in darkness. I tried to reconnect with the ship and flew up into the air to just communicate to them and understand things more, but thunder and lightning obscured my ability to see the ship and I fell back into the water.
Then some crazy alignment happened and all these planets were surrounding me: this organic light filled my being and I knew I made the choice for Gaia which connected with my deep awareness of what I am here to create. Plus, I naturally have adverse reactions to being controlled in any way, so I knew it was my only choice.
I told him the dream and he was nervous, but we stayed together and I continued to observe him while feeling a broken heart deep inside. I knew I was losing him to them.
As time went on he would get phone calls and drop everything and do work for some agency. He would say he had to do a mission for them. It started to get more and more intense. All I could think about was this group he had previously mentioned related to Mars.
I knew the two were connected but could not understand how something that he thought was so good, seemed to be the ones' mind-controlling him and making him do things on their behalf. Something was controlling this venture and it relates to Mars colonies and some sort of off-planet agreement with some of the people I believed he associated with.
I said I did not want to go to Mars even if there were Earth catastrophes, and I felt confident especially after that dream, but he said I had to and if I didn't they would kidnap me. His behavior got worse and worse and he was dealing with all kinds of death threats, and there was no way he was able to pull out of their grips or stay on Earth with me.
January, 2007. I moved down the street and out of the house with him and he would still come and see me. The frequencies coming off him made me physically ill and a friend of his, and I realized that they were trying to turn him into some kind of robot. We confronted him, but he got defensive.
It was fully clear that he was being heavily mind-controlled. Finally I determined that those he associated with were really up to no good, and I spent a couple of months researching everything associated with Mars and came to discover that a few of them in that group were indeed associated with ELF and HAARP – one even being called the Grandfather of ELF technology.
I also discovered a lot about mind control and many other victims and their stories that led to their insanity and sometimes death. I even ordered some rare earth magnets and orgone, to try and de-activate him, but I could never get him to cooperate.
Ki' Lia and I began to then put the puzzle pieces together more and more, and once she truly got what I was seeing, we began to figure out what the Mars agenda was all about. She agreed with me and began to see the attack that was directly upon my heart. I have had a lot heart troubles in my life and still do.
We discovered that in order for them to have their matrix of control, Ki' Lia and I both discovered that they wanted the Magdalene-Isis and Osiris seeding of Mars, or the power of the Holy Grail, which means ‘royal blood.’
After so many readings throughout my life confirmed this as my identity, not just essence – it all started to make sense but in a way that was hard for me to want to communicate or own up to, except for within. I knew my energy field, heart and intention was strong enough as a personification of the Venus calendrical path (which everyone can access) to help regenerate Gaia and Mars and shift us into the positive 2012 Awakening of consciousness.
I knew this would lead to the liberation from the controls that have kept us imprisoned for so long.
I felt the familiar imprint around me of Ancient Babylonian reptilian entity called Marduk (linked to Mars, Lucifer and other mythological name variations) – who is the controller of 3D Earth and who has been trying to destroy the divine feminine for thousands of years.
This is also why the Goddess split into many aspects and had to go into the depths of the underworld to retrieve the dark sister that was being imprisoned beneath – who I in this lifetime would confront as I walk the Venus path like all these other names.

Fascinating stuff when you consider contactee George Kavassilas' testimony in his YOutube video series "Our Journey & The Grand Deception".
Kavassilas says that at or around 2012 that we are going to shift into a positive reality. He says that these negative ET / multidimensional beings, which he says is Draco at the top of their hierarchy, are trying to prevent as many of us from shifting as possible.
In this video ("Our Journey & The Grand Deception : George Kavassilas : Part 2 : 2 of 6"), Kavassilas talks directly to those human officials in league with these negative ETs (10 min. mark).

Kavassilas continues his comments at the beginning of the next video, "Our Journey & The Grand Deception : George Kavassilas : Part 2 : 3 of 6", saying that these negative ETs are looking for specific people (e.g., members of a bloodline, etc., as indicated in Eisenhower's testimony).

And finally, in "Our Journey & The Grand Deception : George Kavassilas : Part 3 : 8 of 10" Kavassilas says (at the 7:18 min. mark) in response to an audience member's question that those who choose to go to Mars will be property of these beings.

It's endlessly fascinating to me not only how these stories come together to corroborate one another, but the profound story unfolding here, and our indescribably positive future within it.
As this picture continues to evolve, it's becoming clearer that the dark hats have gone to immeasurable lengths to prevent something which is clearly an entirely natural, predestined and divine process - and all for naught.
When it is said that we choose our own futures (i.e., that infinite timelines exist), based on our resonance / alignment / connection to source now, and that one person's future can be vastly different than the man next to him, then we can understand how our paths will in fact diverge at the point that is being prophesied by both the white and the dark hats.
I am just getting into Laura's story, but it's fascinating stuff.

Another great confirmation and corroboration of what I’ve come to know as the reality of our situation is again affirmed by Eisenhower in her interview with Exopolitics Radio, initially, at about the 26 min. mark.
It’s at this point in the interview where Eisenhower says that the energies working against this quite natural process that the Earth and her inhabitants are undergoing have already failed. They were predestined to fail. It’s over and we won.
Eisenhower states that, regarding her choosing to remain on the planet instead of going to Mars placed her and the planet irreversibly on a positive timeline to see this positive future unfold.
She says that these negative forces have lost, that the course for us as a race is ensured, and that we are just experiencing an awakening and clearing away of the remnants of these self-serving forces.
This observation, that we’ve already won has been stated by so many “connected” individuals that it need not be stated anymore. It’s simply a fact.
Also, the notion that all that’s left is our awakening to this reality, and the assumption of our roles in this new paradigm is all that needs take place.
I don’t agree with the notion that, at least at the moment, a switch will be flipped and people will begin flying and teleporting.
As if our understanding of our situation and the imminence of massive changes will effect an instantaneous change upon having that realization. Although, these and much more are what I do believe will be a part of our near future.
I think people misunderstand the situation in this sense. People will ask, “So, why, if these folks are defeated, do we still have to go to work?”, or “Why, if I’m a creator God, can I not at least use telepathy now?”
People will read accounts of what is happening, and what will happen and, when they don’t see something tangible, simply abandon the whole thing; or become too frustrated with it.
I understand now that, as Wilcock has shared, our becoming aware of this process (like Newton becoming aware of the force of gravity) didn’t bring this positive process into being – it only means we’ve started to notice it.
Our awareness is tied in to the process, however; so it must also be known that the timing of our awakening is not a mistake. It can also be used as a gauge as to how far into the process we are.
To become physically, consciously aware of what is happening, and all of its ramifications, in our limited experience / paradigm, as I’ve learned, is the final stage before this shift fully transforms our reality structure.
Aside from our superficial awareness of what is happening not affecting (e.g., hastening) the process (that would be putting the cart before the horse, as it is our source within that is driving the process, with our conscious awareness the observer and recipient of these changes), we need to also understand the difference between grasping something intellectually, and actually reaching a level of deeper, soul-level awakening necessary (or as a prelude) for the final stage: the outward, full physical manifestation of these changes.
I'm aware, for example, of something Eisenhower briefly mentions in her interview.
Eisenhower is talking about being conscious on a deeper level of our responsibility to the planet. She mimics our superficial and casual refrain, "Oh yeah, we should get rid of polution and try to keep the planet clean, etc.". She communicates what appears to be an afterthought on our part, repeating repeated by rote, about taking care of the planet, when this is something completely different from a deep-seated awareness and understanding that you just don't do what we're doing to the planet.
Her point was driven home beautifully, and it actually struck a chord with me deeply; it actually connected me with a deeper part of me for a moment. I believe it is this deeper level of ourselves which is being awakened. Perhaps Eisenhower just effected something within me (and possibly within other listeners).
We have to understand that our intellectuality is not driving this process. The universe has a schedule, apparently, and the bells are ringing that are awakening this deeper aspect of ourselves. To the point that this deeper awareness, as Eisenhower stated, simply awakes and at that moment, burns everything away that is false.
Eisenhower struck a chord with me with her statements, and by drawing my attention to that level of awareness she actually created a sort of conscious connection; an awareness of a deeper truth, and my deeper self. That is the level of reality from which we should be operating, but we've been living on such a superficial, shallow level for so long.
We've been taking false truths as the truth, when this part of us held it all along. We've been distracted from this deeper connectedness and awareness, and fed a diet of false or half truths that has left us starving and our lives as horrible simulacrums of what they could and should be.
As Eisenhower states in her interview, these self-serving forces have mimicked and duplicated Gaia's energy and powers, and the greater reality and created this several times removed matrix in which we operate. Andrew Kavassilas also says that at certain levels these negative forces have gone so far as to create false light bodies with which they manipulate beings less awakened.
All of this is being brought to the surface - into the real light, and the force of real truth is replacing what was false.
If you see an advertisement for Greenpeace, you feel superficially, intellectually compelled to recyrcle. This is ridiculous, and it's the level at which we've been living.
When this deeper aspect of yourself awakens, you experience a visceral, deeply moving reality that dissolves the whole charade and you immediately start living consciously and in line with your true self. And your true self is naturally in accord with the life and the world around you. Our separation from the Earth, like, and the universe will end immediately.
It's very akin to the notion of enlightenment. It is instantaneous and everything false immediately falls away. To this extent, we are becoming englightened.
This doesn’t mean that these changes will move at the pace at which we believe evolution typically takes – we aren’t waiting hundreds of years.
Remember Wilcock’s research on the unexplained, yet cyclical evolutionary jumps our race takes every now and again; something you can follow like clockwork, and which, in addition to all of the testimony from psychics, contactees, whistleblowers and the like, is a cosmic clock that is again about to strike.
Only this time, as I’ve learned, it will be in a much more profound and unprecedented manner than has ever happened before.
What has been clearly demonstrated is happening is that an acceleration, a momentum is building up, exponentially, to this crossing over point; our next leap.
Looked at properly, one can see that this process, this momentum, is eradicating and dissolving our entire current paradigm and shifting it into one that is completely new, different, higher, more positive and universally attuned than our current paradigm.
You can’t get this perspective simply by watching the news. The news is only showing a fraction of the tip of the iceberg; and that data is slanted or tainted (or contains omissions) to such a degree that it’s virtually useless.
You can, however, take what you need from the news if you understand the mechanics behind it.
You need to research and understand the matrix to learn what’s really happening. The news is a part of the matrix of consensus reality, and you can’t learn about the matrix from the matrix itself. You have to step out of it.
I have seen many instances where there are elements of this new paradigm phasing in with our own, and these instances do not make our current handlers happy. In fact, it seems there is a lack of a full understanding of the machinations of this shift even on the part of our dark overlords, if you will.
They certainly haven’t anticipated what may happen (much gratitude goes to the process source, and helpers), and they certainly don’t have the power or resources to stop it.
Their influence seems primarily focused on preventing our full understanding of what is happening through the control of information, etc., but has no effect on the process itself.
An aside, referring back to the matrix / consensus reality, it’s interesting to note how “real” what is happening really is; versus what we’ve been led to believe is reality.
It’s funny how when we have a bleed-through, either while dreaming, or in waking life, how both unfamiliar and awe inspiring these reality bleed-throughs can be. In fact, what we’re experiencing there is a sliver of a reality within which we are soon to be consciously immersed.
What these self-serving forces do understand is that their time is short. Events are already spilling into the mainstream for those looking for signs. We’re witnessing the nuts and bolts of this transition, even though it seems the physical, tangible proof may seemingly be lacking for many.
These beings still have the ability to lash out, and still engage in a program of fear mongering. Eisenhower echoes David Wilcock et al. when she says that they want us to think something bad is about to happen, but this is all they can do at this point.
Eisenhower also says that she recently had a dream about great numbers of robots all around her. In the dream she was given a whistle and when she blew it all of these robots self-destructed.
This is happening now.
For those who understand the process, but who are frustrated and don’t understand why that understanding hasn’t precipitated an instantaneous change in their experience of reality, you should understand that it is actually happening quite quickly in the grand scheme of things.
Our lives are a fraction of a millisecond in the life of our galaxy. This change, as slow as it appears to be, has been stated is like a flash of lightning as regards our history as a race.
But even as regards the span of one life, it is happening quickly. It is a process unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We have little or no understanding of the true mechanics and nature of our reality, so we’re applying short-sighted and terribly misinformed logic.
There are elements that we cannot perceive at work here. However, that being said, our part is also valid and participatory. It is the observer to the wave / particle experiment. The process is like a tree falling in the woods; it is without meaning with no one to experience it.
We give meaning to this shift simply by experiencing it. And we are also an active participant. Becoming aware and informed actually alters our reality. It is our consciousness at work. We really should understand that our simple awareness and understanding is itself is a reflection of our consciousness at work and changing.
These beings, both positive and negative, understand how our understanding and awareness is a manifestation of source. The information actually has an affect on our consciousness, and by extension our physical being.
For the negatively oriented beings, this has been the impetus behind keeping us ignorant. If it weren’t, then all of this information would be out there for everyone to ingest.
The information itself is such a threat that it’s been contaminated, secreted, contained, and people threatened who choose to share it.
Ideas, information, wisdom, insights, intimations, intuitions and knowledge are how the source communicates to the soul and the soul to its extensions and counterparts.
We are energy – everything is energy. So, it goes without saying that information is energy, and that energy (and what we do with it) clearly has an affect on our consciousness, and our bodies (plural).
A baser form of this flow of energy is the written language, which we understand was a distortion towards perpetuating ignorance and separation.
Still, information shared in written form is just as threatening to these groups as anything else, so it should all be considered sacred.
What we are being shown, and what is being shared by folks like Eisenhower, is sacred knowledge about sacred processes; but many people are reading them like the Sunday paper, wanting the answer to the riddle, or the solution to their crossword puzzle.
If one wants to know what to do with Eisenhower’s testimony, my advice is just to see it as further inspiration and encouragement. Take it as another indicator that this is real, that time is short, and that things are shifting to the next level.
