We (in the alternative / spiritual communities) have understood that we are going to soon see a complete changeover / overhaul of our harmful, wasteful and self-serving social institutions; all of which will either be replaced by other more beneficial, equitable systems that serve and provide for all beings equally, or will themselves shift into a state more in harmony with these positive, universal principles.
Events of the last two months or so seem to have sped up, and suggest that the shift we're all experiencing now has moved to a different level; that is, for those who have been watching. The days are pregnant, as they say. In my estimation, the potential for massive change right now is white hot.
There are terrific political and military machinations occurring behind the scenes at the highest levels, and only the most connected, or privileged insiders can provide insights into this process.
In his January 27, 2010, interview with Myth or Logic radio, David Wilcock discusses how these power plays can go on behind the scenes without much notice, until, when all is said and done, the public suddenly witnesses new players in power. Wilcock spoke of these changes as taking place much like a coup.
Aside from the paranormal / anomalous events that have various boards buzzing recently, we have also seen, as has been indicated by various publications, and insiders, including, now, Benjamin Fulford, David Wilcock, Christopher Story and others, a heating up of the battle between opposing political factions behind the scenes.
This political intrigue includes the now bankrupt Federal Reserve and their payment of a very large debt to China in gold that turned out to be gold plated tungsten. From a January 22, 2010 article by David Wilcock, entitled, "Exclusive Benjamin Fulford Interview -- Fall of the Rockefeller Faction",
TUNGSTEN GOLD
One of the things that you’re going to hear us talking about is the fact that many of the central banks have now been discovered to have tungsten, rather than gold – it’s electroplated with gold on the outside, but tungsten on the inside. Tungsten is only, like, $10 a pound, and so it’s basically a way to create a lot of fake money out of nothing.
This is not a situation that’s going to go away. In fact, the only source that really has had an inside scoop on this that didn’t seem to talk about it yet was “The Voice of the White House” at TBRNews.org. After Fulford and I had this conversation, I went to TBRNews and sure enough, there was a whole article just dedicated to this subject.
“The Voice of the White House” now had his own intel confirming that a lot of the gold in the world central banks is actually electroplated tungsten:
Voice of the White House Confirms Tungsten Gold
http://www.tbrnews.org/Archives/a3009.htm
It has been rumored for some time that gold bars (400 oz or 12.5 kg gold bricks) bearing the markings of the United States Mint were somehow adulterated and worthless.
These have been showing up in banks and other institutions in Britain, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Iran, the UAE, India, Brunei, Italy and a number of other countries.
These gold bars, all with American markings, are not gold. Instead, they are made of tungsten and then heavily gold-plated. Gold cost $12,000 per pound and tungsten costs $10 a pound.

Fulford writes about this in a November 17, 2009, article at his site, benjaminfulford.com,

Both the Chinese government and MI6 now confirm reports that much of the gold sold by the Federal Reserve Board over the past decade is in fact gold plated tungsten.

SOURCE ARTICLE
In addition to stories such as the above, a couple of equally intriguing articles have quietly surfaced to also raise the curiousity of those following along; two more data points that seem to lend credence to what Fulford et al. are sharing.
First, this article from September 2009,

BOSTON (Reuters) - James McDonald, a prominent adviser to wealthy families as chief executive of investment management group Rockefeller & Co, died in an apparent suicide, on Sunday, local authorities said on Tuesday.
McDonald, 56, was found with a single gunshot wound in his car near a strip mall in Dartmouth, Massachusetts on Sunday afternoon. Police are still investigating.
"The preliminary investigation concludes that this was an apparent suicide," said Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter.

And then, more recently, this article from January 30, 2010,
The family of Herman Rockefeller say they are deeply shocked after learning the Melbourne multi-millionaire had
been killed and buried in a suburban backyard.
...
SOURCE ARTICLE
These above two items are very significant markers, not only because of the players involved, but also given the critical period of time we understand we're in right now. These are intimations of larger events occurring behind the scenes.
Adding to this evidence was a January 1, 2010 blog post from Benjamin Fulford stating the following,
The octopus is dying: 5 Kissinger associates killed; Kissinger missing-presumed dead
Five senior associates of Henry (Heinz) Kissinger were killed on December 12, 2009 and Kissinger himself has been missing since that time and is now presumed dead, according to senior intelligence sources. Furthermore, the Texas law firm Troutman Sanders, which functioned as the central nexus of the Bush/Nazi crime families financial operations, has been shut down by Interpol, according to these senior intelligence sources. The firm has been contacted but has not returned our e-mail at the time of writing this.
The heads of the Bush clan have been put under house arrest and CIA chief Panetta has been silenced, the sources say. We are also hearing President Obama and Vice-President Biden will be removed from power and replaced by Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton possibly by late January. There is a lot of chaos and confusion on the ranks of the Nazis as a result of these most recent developments.
We can also independently confirm much of what heroic journalist Christopher Story wrote in his ground- breaking January 7th report.
There is much more we cannot report but the news is very, very good.

UPDATE ADDED FEB. 7, 2010 - Interesting (albeit unvetted) article from waronyou.com, entitled, "Ken Lewis: If I’m Going Down, Hank Paulson and Ben Bernanke Are Coming Down With Me".
Also, a more recent (February 1, 2010) article that Benjamin Fulford posted entitled, "Will 100 Years of Fed Tyranny End This Week?" I wrote a blog article on Fulford's revelations HERE.
Concurrent with these reports, an annoucement was quietly placed on the Whitehouse.gov website on December 17, 2009, indicating that Obama was "Amending Executive Order 12425 Designating Interpol as a public international organization entitled to enjoy certain privileges, exemptions, and immunities."
Many alternative websites are publishing this with the same predictable vituperation we've come to expect from the now prevalent pool of cabal propagandsts.
However, for those of us who haven't been influenced by the steady stream of anti-Obama (and other) propaganda, we can see this as a move to empower the international authorities to do something we have been unable to do ourselves - to formally charge and arrest members of the highest offices in this country of criminal acts, including treason, genocide, torture, and a whole grocery list of unconscionable acts against their fellow man.
I have to admit that this is a difficult concept for me to grasp; namely, that not all of those able to affect change on such a scale are allied with those pulling the elite's strings.
What I mean is that we understand that there are forces now controlling, or influencing the most powerful groups on this planet. It is difficult to see this situation changing in such a potentially facile manner (perhaps there was / is a lot more going on behind the scenes that built up to this).
In any event, I am not alone in seeing this in a positive light.
Here is an excerpt from a welcomethelight.com article on the amendment,
Obama reversed Interpol’s Immunity Law!! This now allows them everything they need to search and seize for International Court in the Hague. They can seize money, stocks, bonds, property (that’s a wide open one), computers, cell phones – even property in their house, their employees houses, their servants, their family – and the list goes on.
...
Here are the actual sections of the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945 that Obama removed on the 16th:
Section 2(c). Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and bywhomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable. [Those of us who have studied "legalese" and definitions, property can mean MANY things - pretty much everything they own. Tony]
...
Section 3. Pursuant to regulations prescribed by the Commissioner of Customs withthe approval of the Secretary of the Treasury, the baggage and effects of alien officers and employees of international organizations, or of aliens designated by foreign governments to serve as their representatives in or to such organizations, or of the families, suites, ands ervants of such officers, employees, or representatives shall be admitted (when imported inconnexion with the arrival of the owner) free of customs duties and free of internal- revenue taxes imposed upon or by reason of importation. [Nice. No duty charges or IRS concerns. Tony]
...
i) Section 3797 (a), relating to definitions, is amended by adding at the end there of a new paragraph as follows:
(18) International Organization. – The term ‘international organization’ means a public international organization entitled to enjoy privileges, exemptions, and immunities as an international organization under the International Organizations Immunities Act.” [Sounds like all the alphabet agencies. Tony]
[To end this off, if you’re a little bit curious (and made it this far down), check this out…]
Public International Organizations Entitled To Enjoy Certain Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities
International organizations were designated by executive order as public international organizations entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions, and immunities conferred by the International Organizations Immunities Act (this subchapter) as follows:

SOURCE ARCTICLE
The last item the author, Tony, points out are the institutions that formerly had dispensations, but which have had these immunizations and dispensations removed per this amendment. If you're reading another doom and gloom article, critical of Obama and pointing out how we're about to see a police state (a sadly, or not, unfulfilled refrain) just read exactly who is having their protections stripped here - these broken, wasteful, self-serving public institutions. That is what the amendment is saying.
Wilcock also weighs in on the amendment,
OBAMA'S NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER
Anyway, what has happened is that Obama signed an Executive Order late last year that, of course, the conspiracy websites went crazy about.
According to Christopher Story, the only reason why this was signed was so that INTERPOL [Ed note: International Criminal Police Organization; it is under the jurisdiction of 188 nations worldwide] could actually work within the United States without the jurisdiction of United States law – that is the suspension of Habeas Corpus.
It is a very, very substantial event that hasn’t occurred since the time of the Civil War.
But, what it did is to allow INTERPOL to come into this country and to effectively arrest the conspirators of this Rockefeller faction, who have been engaged in what they [INTERPOL] call “economic terrorism” on a massive scope.
This is also the result of a $47-trillion-dollar lien that has been placed against the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve by the international community, specifically led by China.
[Fulford has said the combined, legitimate GDP of the world is only 63 trillion dollars -- so obviously this is vastly more than can ever be repaid from legitimate funds. That's the point!]

As you'll note, the March / April timeframe seems to represent a common deadline, or end date for a lot of these resignations.
It's been stated in conspiracy and paranormal circles that arrests and resignations must occur - a house cleaning - before greater steps could be taken to move us into a better situation as a collective.
If these resignations are tied in with a greater, underground movement, then, as we understand it, a schedule or timeline is being recognized.
It's been posited many times by many sources that there is a greater program, above and beyond the powers that be on this planet, that is moving diligently and with finality, ever forward.

Ron Strother's death has effect on bank's stock Amanda Terrebonne 3 days ago
The death Sunday of Home Bancshares President and Chief Operating Officer Ron Strother is sending shockwaves through the Arkansas Business community.
It's even having an affect on the company's stock on Monday.Strother's death from a self-inflicted gunshot wound Sunday afternoon in West Little Rock was a stunning development to
those who knew him.The news also had an immediate effect on the publicly traded bank's stock.
Strother's family told police he had been suffering from depression and had financial problems.
Andy Stapp, a senior analyst who covers Home Bancshares for B. Riley & Co. of Philadelphia, told Arkansas Business that he thinks the stock fell today because investors might have been concerned about the company and his suicide, even though there has been no evidence of any irregularities within Home Bancshares.
In fact, the company, which owns Centennial Bank, reported one of its best quarters last week.

Good question. Searching google with the terms "ceo" +"resigns" and using the specific date range function for 1/1 - 12/31 for each year, here are the totals. You decide.

This is why Obama sign that exec. order.... allowing Interpol to do it's job...
If any of you all have followed Chris Story, Ben Fulford, Poof and Casper, for the Last few months, They have been stating that the International Court of Justice in the Hague Have ready to issue
over 100,000 arrest warrants waiting to be delievered. Many here on glp never check the nesara thread, a lot of great info is hidden there. Perhaps These CEO's have been or are getting an offer they can't refuse.
According to C. Story(or was it Ben Bulford?) the reason Poppy Bush and lil Jebbie were at the WH was "sign off" on All the
monies They have hidden off-shore. The White hats are turning things around rather quickly. TPTB may not have time to use their DUMBS after all.
ALL of this seems to point to the One "that comes like thief in the Night" Time to keep your lamps filled saints, deliverance is just arund the corner.

Evraz North America CEO Declusin retires By Richard Read, The Oregonian February 05, 2010, 2:09PM
Evraz Inc. North America chief executive James E. Declusin, who led Oregon Steel Mills through expansion and acquisition by Russia's Evraz three years ago, is retiring effective today.
Declusin, 67, one of the West Coast's best-known steel executives, led Oregon Steel as it grew from a regional manufacturer to a nationwide producer of plate, coil, pipe and other products. Industry analysts gave him high marks for settling a bitter union dispute at a company mill in Colorado, according to the Metal Bulletin, a trade publication.
Declusin, who joined Oregon Steel's board of directors in 2000, became president and chief executive in 2003. A steel-industry boom began the next year, stoking the company's mills.

The resignations continue, but I wanted to share this as it's relevant to the larger conversation. It's clear something quite out of the ordinary is happening here, and given that the pyramid narrows the higher you get, one must presume there are relationships and connections not immediately apparent here.
A link was also posted to an article at marketwatch.com that listed several potential financial time bombs,
...
Poll: 20 economic weapons of mass destruction triggering ticking Global Debt Time Bomb
1. Federal Budget Deficit Bomb. The Bush/Cheney wars pushed America deep into a debt hole. Federal debt limit was just raised almost 100% with Obama's 2010 budget, to $14.3 trillion vs. $7.8 trillion in 2005. The Congressional Budget Office predicts future deficits around 4% through 2020. Get it? America's debt at 84% of GDP will soon pass that toxic 90% trigger point.
2. U.S. Foreign Trade Bomb. Monthly deficits actually dropped from $50 billion per month to roughly $35 billion. But the total continues climbing as $400 billion is added each year. Foreigners now own $2.5 trillion of America, with China holding over $1.3 trillion in Treasury debt.
3. Weakening U.S. Dollar as Foreign Reserve Currency Bomb. Fear China and other currencies will replace dollar as main foreign reserves. The dollar's fallen: The main index measuring dollar strength has gone from 120 at the Clinton-to-Bush handoff to below 80 today.
4. Cheap Money Bomb: Credit Ratings Down, Rates Up. Economists at S&P, Fitch and Moody's were totally co-conspirators of Fat Cat Bankers, misleading investors before meltdown: Soon, debt up, ratings down, interest rates soar.
5. Global Real Estate Bomb. Dubai Tower, new "world's tallest building" is empty. BusinessWeek warns that China's housing collapse could be worse than America's. Plus the U.S. commercial real estate bubble is now $1.7 trillion, a "ticking time bomb" bloating 25% of bank balance sheets.
6. Peak Oil and the Population Bomb. China and India each need 500 new cities. The United Nations estimates world population exploding 50% from 6 billion to 9 billion by 2050: Three billion more humans demanding more automobiles, exhausting more resources to feed their version of the gas-guzzling "America Dream."
7. Social Security Bomb. We have no choice; eventually we must either cut benefits or raise taxes. Politicians hate both, so they'll do nothing. Delays worsen solutions. Without action, by 2035 Social Security and Medicare benefits will eat up the entire federal budget other than defense.
8. Medicare: A Nuclear Bomb. Going broke faster than Social Security. Prescription drug benefit added an unfunded $8.1 trillion. In 5 years estimates rose from about $35 trillion to over $60 trillion now.
9. Health-care Insurance Bomb. Burden increasingly shifted to employees. Costs rising faster than inflation. Recent Obamacare plan would have cost $90 billion annually, paid to Big Pharma and insurers.
10. State and Local Government Budget Bombs. Deficits of $110 billion in 2010, $178 billion in 2011on top of more that $450 billion in underfunded state and municipal employee pension funds.
11. Underfunded Corporate Pensions Bomb. From $60 billion surplus in 2007 to $409 billion deficit in 2009. And a whopping 92% of the pension plans of companies are now underfunded. Defaults are guaranteed by taxpayers.
12. Consumer Debt Bomb. Americans are still living beyond their means. Even with a downturn, consumer debt rose from about $2.3 to $2.5 trillion. Fat Cat Bankers love it -- yes love making matters worse by gouging cardholders and mortgagees, blocking help in foreclosures and bankruptcies.
13. Personal Savings Bomb. Before the 2008 meltdown savings rate dropped from about 10% in the early 1980s to below zero. Now it's increasing, slowing retail recovery. Today, government's the big "unsaver."
14. War and Military Defense Deficits. Costs of Iraq and Afghanistan wars -- $200+ billion annually, $3 trillion minimum, with massive long-term costs for veteran medical care, equipment renewal, recruitment.
15. Homeland Insecurity Bomb. Security at airports, seaports, borders, vulnerable chemical plants all increase budgets.
16. Fed/Treasury Bailout Bombs. Tax credits, loans, cash and purchase of toxic assets from Wall Street banks estimated at $23.7 trillion as new debt was shifted from too-big-to-fail Fat-Cat banks to taxpayers.
17. Insatiable Washington Lobbyists Bombs. Paulson, Goldman, Geithner, Morgan and Wall Street banks, through their lobbyists and former employees working inside now have absolute power over government spending. Democracy and voters are now irrelevant in America's new corporate-socialism.
18. Shadow Banking: The Derivatives Bomb. Wall Street wants no regulation of this $670 trillion, high-risk, out-of-control casino that's highly leveraged versus the $50 trillion total GDP of all nations. We forget that derivatives almost destroyed global economies in 2008-09, finally will by 2012.
19. Dysfunctional Two-Party Political Bomb. Polarized partisanship increasing: Every day both parties show zero interest in cooperating for the public good. Instead they fight viciously, resisting everything and anything proposed by opponents. Only goal: Score political points, make the other side look bad.
20. The Coming Populous Rebellion Bombs. Nobody trusts anyone in authority. For good reason. So immediate gratification, short-term betting and a lack of long-term perspective wins for individual investors, consumers and taxpayers as well as Washington, Wall Street and Corporate America CEOs. Today: "Doing what's right for the common good and country" is just empty political rhetoric.

For those of us following what's happening behind the scenes, thanks to fulford et al., the federal reserve is the largest and most significant of all of these ticking bombs.
In addition to the events above, an article from the heraldson.com.au indicates that members of the Federal Reserve and European Central Bank (the two major criminal factions/players in this global financial downturn), among others, are meeting in Sydney, Australia at an undisclosed location to engage in "high level talks",
World bankers meet in Sydney as recovery fears intensify
George Lekakis and Fleur Leyden From: Herald Sun February 06, 2010 12:00AM
THE world's top central bankers began arriving in Australia for high-level talks as renewed fears about the strength of the global economic recovery gripped world share markets.
Representatives from 24 central banks and monetary authorities, including the US Federal Reserve and European Central Bank, landed in Sydney to meet tomorrow at an undisclosed location.
Organised by the Bank for International Settlements last year, the two-day talks are shrouded in secrecy with extensive security believed to have been invoked by law enforcement agencies.
Speculation that the chairman of the US Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke, would make an appearance could not be confirmed last night.
The event will be dominated by Asian delegations and is expected to include governors of the People's Bank of China, the Bank of Japan and the Reserve Bank of India.
The arrival of the high-powered gathering coincided with a fresh meltdown on world share markets, sparked by renewed concerns about global growth and sovereign debt...

Does all of the above look like business as usual to you? To me, this only reaffirms the larger, positive movement occurring that is righting this planet, one phase at a time.
I wanted to mention that as I'm writing this (February 6, 2010) the east coast / Washington, DC, is in the midst of a record snowstorm. Some areas have received 40" of snowfall (ARTICLE 1 -- ARTICLE 2). Curious timing given how easy it would be for the powers that be to mix up a storm front...
It couldn't be clearer to me, and to those individuals I'm often referencing and citing, as to what's really going on. At some point the coincidences become too great to ignore, despite the outrageous nature of the assertions here. None of this means anything to anyone starting out on this track (or maybe it does).
David Wilcock alone has gone to terrific lengths to shed light on what is happening, and to offer encouragement and support to those walking that path with him; because, let's face it, it's a slightly daunting reality being uncovered here.
Another individual I am coming to find carries the same message, and expresses it just as articulately, is Carl Johan Calleman. And Calleman has some very relevant insights with regard to what's happening now in the context of our shift in consciousness and the Mayan calendar.
Here is an excerpt from Calleman's brief autobiographical note at his website, calleman.com,
I was born in Stockholm, Sweden at noon May 15, 1950, which in the Sacred Calendar corresponds to the day 5 Jaguar. Curiously this is also the exact midpoint of the month dedicated to the Roman goddess Maia. Stockholm is fairly remote from the jungles of Guatemala, but these were some signs that maybe I had something to do there (although of course I was only appreciate the importance of these signs at a much later point).
I first became interested in the Maya and their calendar during a trip to Mexico and Guatemala in 1979. I fell in love with this people, and also had a feeling that this was my spiritual home on earth. Somehow it seemed that the purpose of my life was linked to this people and their calendar, that I had become fascinated by.
This was long before the Mayan calendar had become a matter of widespread and as I read in Michael Coe’s book about the Maya that their calendar would come to an end in the year 2011 it sparked a deep wonder in me.”Why would a calendar end?” I asked myself although 2011 then seemed a long time into the future.
I was then a graduate student in toxicology at the University of Stockholm and the idea of an end of ”time” was certainly not something that had been part of my education. I started to wonder if there indeed existed a higher purpose to life and felt that the native cultures of Mexico was pointing me in that direction.
...
Nonetheless, it took me a few more years until I started noticing that there was a steady stream of synchronicities guiding me to do explore this culture more deeply.
...
n 1986 I took up work at the Department of Environmental Health at the University of Washington in Seattle, which brought me closer to the Mayan area with possibilities of frequent visits to their area. More importantly, through the experience of the Harmonic Convergence I realized that I was not the only one to believe that there was a truth to the Mayan calendar.
...in 1993, I decided to start working full time to solve these age old thought structures and to understand what they were really all about.
...tt seemed to me that it would be of greater value to humanity if I could solve the Mayan calendar than if I could solve the riddle of cancer. Given my scientific background I then set out to find proofs of real events that matched the energy shifts of this calendar. Hence, my approach became different from the more newagy students who approached the calendar through channeling information. My first inroad to some tangible link with the Mayan calendar was really provided by my knowledge of Swedish history, which turned out to match certain baktun shifts extremely well.
...
In 2004 Bear and Co published a new book, The Mayan Calendar and the Transformation of Consciousness just in the nick of time for the Oneness Celebration, June 6-8, 2004 which was the first celebration in a very long time that based on the traditional Mayan calendar brought together a world wide participation of spiritual people seeking a deeper guidance into the time ahead...

Calleman has spent many years studying the Mayan calendar and its social and consciousness implications, and has successfully used the Mayan calendar in a manner very similar to how Wilcock uses his inner guidance and insider contacts, to guage and predict stages of social change in the context of a shift in consciousness.
According to Calleman, instead of representing specific dates, the Mayan calendar is more a prophesy of a shift in consciousness the likes of which our race has never seen. This shift, according to Calleman, is not something that happens on any date (e.g., December 21, 2012), but occurs in steps.
Calleman discusses (and even predicted) the current financial downturn, using the Mayan calendar, and places the year 2010 as being the final phase before we fully emerge into the light of this new consciousness.
Calleman, using the Mayan calendar, refers to this period between November 8, 2009 to November 2, 2010 as the Sixth Night, places current events in the context of the Mayan prophesied shift in consciousness, and suggests how unique these circumstances are,
The Final Mayan calendar steps to 2012: November 8, 2009 – the beginning of the Sixth NIGHT
Before going into the specifics of the upcoming sixth night, November 8, 2009 – November 2, 2010, of the Galactic Wave Movement (or Underworld) I feel I should clarify some of my basic points of departure for understanding the Mayan calendar, since the various ideas that are currently proposed for this vary significantly.
There are for instance those that believe that the end date of the Mayan calendar only marks the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new. On my own part I however think that we are approaching something much more profound than just a point in a cycle that again will be repeated. The only Mayan inscription from ancient times, the Tortuguero monument, which describes the end (http://bit.ly/3Ni2rD) of their calendar says that nine cosmic forces will then manifest.
Empirically, there is also overwhelming evidence from modern research that we are approaching a point in time when nine evolutionary levels (so called Underworlds) of the cosmic plan are simultaneously going to be completed. This would imply that we are approaching not another cycle or another shift, but the end to all shifts, which have been driving evolution since the beginning of the universe. Such an end to all shifts could conceivably provide the basis for a harmonious eternal peace on Earth.
What is about to transpire now is in other words not something that has ever happened before in the history of the universe. Maybe this impending change, partially unknown, causes the widespread denial that I feel dominate many people at the current moment. Rather than facing a great change in our socioeconomic relationships (since any change in human consciousness also implies a change in our relationships) many prefer to fantasize about some physical or astronomical event, that purportedly is going to happen on December 21, 2012.
In reality the Mayan calendar is however not about something that will happen on a singular date, but a description of a divine plan for the evolution of humankind where quantum shifts between calendrical energies bring about shifts in consciousness. Thus, human consciousness will continue to be transformed step by step in accordance with this plan until we come to the real end date of the process of creation, October 28, 2011. At this date the highest quantum state of the universe will be attained (13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13 13 Ahau) when the shifts disrupting the harmony will come to an end. Obviously, we are not there yet.
In this plan for the evolution of consciousness we are now approaching the sixth night of the Galactic Wave Movement, the eighth of the nine levels, which will begin on November 8, 2009. If my understanding of the Mayan calendar is correct we will in this coming night be witnessing the most significant transformation of consciousness ever in the history of mankind. What is exciting about this is that I feel that a relatively clear picture of how a new world is going to be born is now finally becoming evident.
On the other hand, what is also becoming increasingly clear is that this birth is likely to become very demanding. For this reason it becomes all the more important to understand how some of the difficulties ahead actually serve the delivery of this new world even though it may not always seem that they do so in the moment.
If people can gain a realistic understanding of how this new world will be born they may be able to keep a hope for the future, which is based on something more than mere wishful thinking. Unfortunately, much confusion reigns about the Mayan calendar and many that present themselves as experts on this deny the ancient Mayan knowledge that there are nine cosmic forces that are about to manifest, and that it is these, and nothing else, that explains why a new world will be born.
...
I believe that what is happening in the world’s economy is something much more profound and fundamental than a temporary recession and is a direct consequence of the particular transformation of consciousness that the Galactic Wave Movement is bringing. As I explain in my new book The Purposeful Universe (http://bit.ly/yvXjH) consciousness is primarily a relationship to the Tree of Life, which exists on many different levels of the cosmos and causes synchronized shifts on these different levels. What this means is that the shifts in consciousness that give new directions to our lives will also directly affect the world and society at large and how we relate to this.
A shift in consciousness is hence not something that only happens in our heads, but is simultaneously also expressed in changes in our relationships. Our economic relationships are thus also subject to shifts in consciousness and the evolution of this. We should then expect an even further escape from abstract values as the sixth night begins, a shift that may be expected to especially severely hit the western economies of the United States and the United Kingdom, which remain the financial centers of the world and control much of its banking activities.
Hence, the Quran says this in Surah 82:17-19: “And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? (It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.” I believe this disappearance of dominance may refer to the Universal Underworld, which brings a consciousness of oneness and transparency to our whole beings and all of our past actions.
...
The last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation 21:4-5 also describes a new world to be born: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.”
This would seem to imply that all chains to the past would need to be broken for the new world to be born. Taken together it would seem that as pre-requisites for the birth of a new earth we would need to free ourselves from the chains to the past as well as from chains to other people.
To some these changes may look so great that it might even be more comfortable to fantasize that the world would come to an end than to go through all of the necessary changes that would more or less turn our world upside down. Certainly, there is also a tremendous amount of people in power, who do not want to see such a transformation towards equality and harmony coming about. These quotes may however give us a hint about where the economic downturn may be leading us and how deep it will be. Will money for instance completely disappear? I think the answer to this is that money will disappear to the extent that it no longer chains the world to the past.
In practice, this probably means that all thinking about profitable investing etc is somewhat beside the point, since the emerging new world is not likely to be a growth economy based on the drive for accumulation of abstract values. More likely, the new world is going to be one based on sharing and care-taking of all members of society as the unity consciousness of the Universal Wav Movement, presumably after much turmoil, eventually is established. The more immediate time period in the sixth night will then be when the practical expressions of this transformation will need to be tested out and implemented.
...
An economy based on sharing is of course fully possible if the unity consciousness carried by the Universal Wave Movement is successfully established. Even if the energy changes will now be happening quickly I should add that it may take some time (in the range of a few years after 2011) until this economy takes its final form.

I love Calleman's practical approach to this shift. He makes clear links between this major shift and the practical events of our day to day lives. How could they be separate?
Calleman definitely says that this is a byproduct of something much greater, subtle and more profound than what we physically experience (it is the source of our experience).
At the same time, Calleman necessarily frames the shift in practical terms. The idea of these new systems coming about as a result of a systemic breakdown from which we can't recover, as a natural and necessary response - a way to keep moving forward, is a revelation.
The notion that these systems come about not because ETs land and fire all of our politicians, but as the result of something much more down to earth and practical makes a lot of sense. It's almost missing the forest for the trees.
Calleman does a great job of bridging the gap between our understanding of this shift / these changes (and their imminence) and the disrupted, seemingly chaotic reality we're experiencing now.
And this bridge is critical, because it acts to re-awaken the reader, encourage a refocusing, and inspires the reader to get their head and hands back in their life.
There is in one sense a feeling of total helplessness; but at the same time, we are each required to actively participate in our lives; and hence, this shift.
Calleman assists us in taking these events and experiences and using them as a guide. And at the same time, gives them a positive background.
He discusses the difficult nature of this process of breaking down to build anew, suggesting that many may look for a spiritual or paranormal escape, but almost in the same exact terms Wilcock does, describes how this is ultimately designed as a positive process, and that there is a wonder on the other side.
There is a great dignity and humility in living as the fragile, seemingly abandoned and often tortured being we are; of suffering terrific adversity and injustice, and still being able to express love and gratitude. It is actually a miracle in and of itself.
Time and time again this is the thread that keeps popping up. Great deeds pale in comparison to simple kindness; to forgiveness. We each actually have this in abundance inside of us, and this is the immutable force of our source, welling inside of us. That power creates universes. Its opposite destroys.
The power and significance of this alone is very misunderstood.
Calleman does an excellent job of correcting our understanding of the Mayan calendar as simply revolving around a single date, but instead representing an overall shift; something that occurs in steps, or phases.
He continues on how these shifts can be abrubt (in the context of a race's history), and how they might manifest in real world situations,
...
So how in practice could such a transition come about from a human being, who essentially looks after herself to one that sees the unity of all and shares the fruits of creation? Such a transformation of our experience of life may now seem as impossible as the fall of the Berlin Wall once seemed.
But similarly to how the fall of the Berlin Wall ultimately was a reflection of a transcendence of an east-west polarity in human consciousness the new world to be born is designed to result from a transcendence of the inner and outer walls maintained especially by the western mind. Thus, my suspicion is that during the first half of the sixth night the world’s economy will increasingly slow down as the consumption of the US population will no longer be able to keep the industrial engines of the world going. The power of the US in the world would decrease as a result of a dollar fall.*
Yet, because of the indirect effects of this downturn, no part of the world can expect to be untouched. In this downturn it will then come a point when it will start to dawn on many people that it will never be possible to resurrect the old growth economy and that there will never be any return to a “business as usual.”
At that point very radical socio-economic solutions will need to be explored for people to survive also in a literal physical sense as it becomes obvious that it is the nature of the economic relationships and the chains to the economy of the past that cause the problems.
We may for instance ask what will happen if major portions of the population in economically significant countries will not be able to pay their mortgages? Will these people then have to leave their houses in mass so that countless houses owned by banks will sit empty when people are out on the streets? This is the kind of situation that has already appeared in some previously car manufacturing suburbs of Detroit. Hence, this scenario is not hypothetical, but has already to some extent happened on a limited scale.
What likely will happen then is that demands will be raised for a moratorium on debts, so that people will no longer have to pay to the banks to stay in their homes. Maybe this will be preceded on a larger scale by some nations that see it necessary to push for the cancellations of national debts as a means of stabilizing the world.
If such a moratorium on debts is instituted it would however be like cancelling the power of money and the chains to the past as it exists now. This would effectively create a path towards a sustainable economy an economy where it is emphasized that the needs of people are met in the present moment (returning to the theme of cutting the chains of the past).
This of course would be nothing short of a revolution, and most likely a worldwide such, since the worlds’ economies at the current time are so deeply entangled. Possibly this would spread from the US to much of the rest of the world.

Calleman then goes on to provide a more specific timeline for these events,
...
Such an enormous transformation of the world’s socio-economic system would then be likely to take place in the time period between July 17, 2010 (the Cosmic Convergence)** and the beginning of the Seventh day of the Galactic Wave Movement (November 3, 2010). Naturally, it would serve to dissolve many of the other systems of dominance that the world has inherited especially from the National, but also the Planetary, Wave Movement.
Energetically speaking this time period, July 17- November 3, 2010, is created through the overlap of the pre-Universal Underworld and the Galactic Wave Movement.*** What this revolutionary time period most likely is going to amount to is a corresponding decrease of governmental and national authority (not that of any particular government, but governmental authority as such, something which humanity has inherited from the National Wave Movement and its patriarchal frame of consciousness.
Needless to say some would try to take advantage of such a situation). It will seriously come into question what we need governments and national borders for “when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another.” My vision for the time period from the Cosmic Convergence until the beginning of the seventh day of the Galactic Wave Movement is thus a total overhaul of human civilization. This then would also be a time to make choices of path individually.
Why would this particular time period, July 17, 2010 – November 2, 2010, bring such a revolutionary transformation? Well, there are two earlier time periods that are noteworthy as parallels to this upcoming one.
One is AD 1498-1617, the Renaissance, which in a broad sense meant the overturning of the feudal system that saw the Vatican as the ultimate source of worldly power and the beginning of the modern era.
The other is 1986-1992, which carried a revolutionary wave of democracy (including the fall of the Berlin Wall) resulting in a world whose hemispheres were no longer separated.
We may also notice that the two corresponding revolutionary time periods gave rise to new expressions of spirituality, in the first case the Reformation and in the second the Harmonic Convergence**** that became somewhat of a starting point for the eclectic New Age movement of our own time. This would indicate that also this time, following the Cosmic Convergence, there will be a new spiritual awakening.
Since the Cosmic Convergence would be the first breeze of a unity consciousness this would imply that people would then be divinely inspired to share and recognize the unity of all creation.
I believe it will be a spirituality beyond words based on the immediate experience of the divine. Hence, while the Reformation was an awakening emphasizing the written word and the New Age movement originated in esoteric ideas that were sometimes channeled or spoken I believe that the spiritual awakening ahead will not be something that can be formulated in words and will be based on plain knowing.
I feel it is an open question whether this transformative revolution between July 17 and November 3, 2010 will be peaceful, but the parallel to the time period 1986-1992 indicates that this at least is possible...

Here we have this word "convergance" again, which Wilcock has chosen for the name of his movie on the shift.
Finally, calleman puts this unfolding back in its proper, larger spiritual context, allowing for each participant to "choose" his role (or rather, to opt to fight the stream, or go with the flow),
...
What seems clear however is that people will be divided as to whether they want to flow with the incoming energies leading towards a new world or if they will resist them and seek to hold on to or go back to the system of the past. It is then no wonder that strong forces will try to present the Mayan calendar as if it is about something that will happen on the date December 21, 2012.
(A typical example of this is the upcoming Hollywood movie 2012, a disaster movie, but most New Age gurus have prepared the ground for these nonsense fears by emphasizing this singular date and ignoring that the Mayan calendar is constituted by nine levels of evolution).
How people will relate to this change will thus also depend on the understanding people have of the Mayan calendar and the cosmic plan, which at the current time only a very small minority is aware of at least in its true form as a manifestation of nine cosmic forces.
People at large may in fact never recognize any conscious warning signals for what is to come. Yet, inasmuch as they understand that the large-scale changes emanate from a divine plan this would mean that a spiritual awakening could take place. If this happens they will not be inclined to look at the changes around them as just meaningless chaotic events as they surely will be presented by the dominating media.
Considering that this is all about the participation in a process of evolution of consciousness there is a great danger in people believing that the Mayan calendar is about a singular date when some event will take place, whether this is made up to be a “pole shift”, “galactic alignment,” “Planet X,” “end of the world” or “shift in consciousness.”
This is an incredibly naïve view of an essentially superstitious nature where a new world is believed to simply fall down upon the human beings from the sky without their active and conscious participation in the processes leading up to a state of unity consciousness.
In reality, there is overwhelming evidence that the Mayan calendar describes sequential shifts in consciousness, which will begin to be experienced at an even higher frequency after July 17, 2010 and even more markedly so after the beginning of the actual Universal Wave Movement on March 8, 2011. Only at October 28, 2011 will the shifts come to an end and a unity consciousness stabilize that will provide the basis for a millennium of peace.
This frequency increase incidentally also explains how such a tremendous overhaul of all systems of dominance could take place in such a short period of time. A recommendation I would like to make, in addition to ethical living and telling the truth, is to learn to flow with the ninth level (http://bit.ly/WWjiG). Stay in the middle of the river with a focus on the manifestation of the new world!

So there you have it. It is impossible that everything cited in this article is occurring in a vacuum; especially, given our very real understanding that everything we experience is connected (as much as the powers that be wish that not appear to be the case).
Extrapolating from everything we know up to this point, and given the recent uptick in bizarre social and cosmic phenomena, any logical person can see that the game has changed. Events are becoming more prominent; not quite to the point that the general public is aware, but for those following closely, the signs are leaping out at us.
The coup, as Wilcock calls it, has definitely moved to the final phases, and if everything we're seeing is as significant as we believe it to be, that final switchover should only be moments away.
There is a great leap from here to there, however. Wilcock described the final, irreversible step as a sort of violent extraction of a parasite, and the discomfort and horror that would accompany that event. Kerry Cassidy and Duncan O'Finioan see further man-made earthquakes.
What is happening is ancient, and profound beyond measure. I've always maintained that this is more than just a political change. And this is why Wilcock said that virtually nothing short of a complete system failure may be needed to end this oppression.
In any event, we all understand how close we are. This is a time to reaffirm to ourselves the positivity of the endgame and to be prepared for anything.
Hopefully, this will be the year.
UPDATE: FEB. 9, 2010
[Side note: I've been "interrupted" twice while writing this update. Some people may understand, but often when one is writing, one can feel a sort of "link up" and "flow" to one's writing. It's like a connection with one's subconscious, or higher self. It's a focus that can easily be broken or derailed. Wilcock was speaking one time from his home when, he said, someone entered the room and disrupted the energy; he had to re-gather his thoughts.
What happened to me are two things I can't ignore. First, as I was about halfway through this update, my mind shut off. It was really odd. I was literally halfway through typing a sentence and my brain just stopped. I was looking at a half-finished sentence and had no idea how to end it. I literally just stared blankly at the page and couldn't think of the next word. This has never happened before.
The second thing that happened was, just as I was about finished with this update, a keystroke by my left hand simply closed the tab. I have no idea how I did it and I can't duplicate it. I lost everything I had written. And, I'm not patting myself on the back, but the stuff was important. I lost the connection and I lost what I had written. I'm doing my best to re-connect, but needed to share this.
For those who have had this happen to you, it's just too timely and important to ignore. I'm not writing for my health here. I really feel what I'm sharing is important. Apparently, someone else feels that way too...On to the update]

Weekly Geopolitical News and Analysis100208: Simultaneous military, G7 and BIS summits point to something big
Major world changes are clearly close on the horizon. This past weekend saw a G7 Finance Minister's summit near the North pole, a BIS central bank governor's summit in Australia and a gathering of the world's military leaders (including Nato, Russia and China) in Germany. All of this is a sign of preparation for some major public announcements almost certainly related to the new financial system.

The new financial system Fulford indicates in the above statement isn't the positve system he and Wilcock have been speaking of - where the criminal parasite is removed from the system and the criminals removed, but more a criminal continuance (only worse) of what we currently have.
Galacticfriends.com out of Canada offers more of Fulford's insights from the above article,
...
The Federal Reserve Board has been actively buying up all its old bonds, notes and Treaty of Versaille boxes at 1% of their face value, according to a Black Dragon Society member with esoteric banking connections. The Bank of Japan has also been buying up all of its bonds owned by non-Japanese. These are some other indications a big announcement is imminent.
The most likely scenario, according to our sources, is that the 90% of US dollars owned by non-Americans will be renamed Hong Kong dollars and backed by the Renminbi. There are conflicting plans for the US as we write but our latest information is that a gold-backed Amero will replace the Mexican peso as well as the US and Canadian dollars to form a North American region currency. In preparation for such an event the Pentagon, the Canadian mounted police and Mexican Federales are said to be prepared to deal with civil unrest in the US, according to our sources.
The Amero will have a lot less purchasing power (30 to 50% less) internationally than the US dollar has now so many Americans will be understandably angry when the change is announced. The un-escapable fact though, is that Americans have been living beyond their means for the past 30 years.

This (imm. above) is, possibly, more like the situation Wilcock spoke of when he refers to it as a [paraphrasing] "Financial vomiting that at first may seem terrible, but is the short-lived precursor to something much more positive."
It's infuriating to me that the criminals continue making financial decisions for us, and about our future, without our input. These people should have been removed from office years ago, but here we are...
The term civil unrest is somewhat alluded to by Wilcock as a catalyst that may set more positive changes in motion. Clearly, a civil war, or anarchy don't serve our purposes here, only theirs.
Fulford continues,
...
Nonetheless, it is still not clear if the Washington D.C. criminal establishment will be ousted and replaced by an interim government until the US can return to constitutional law and hold new elections. There is still infighting going on as we write and a final showdown has yet to be seen.
It remains to be seen if the US falls into civil war but Pentagon sources believe this can be avoided if the military takes legal steps to remove the criminal corporate government in Washington D.C.
...
The center of world financial and intellectual gravity will nonetheless shift to China over the coming decades but it will do so in an organic fashion that does not alienate or endanger anybody.
The only way for the West to prevent this from happening would be for them to purge their financial and political systems of the criminal element that took over the highest echelons of power.
There are many signs that such a purge has already begun and will continue for a long time.
First of all the financial industry has seen thousands of bankers arrested and hundreds murdered. Eventually, the ring-leaders of the 911 attacks will be arrested if not executed. This only a matter of time now.
Secondly, the pharmaceutical industry is going to see a major purge as the criminal element that deliberately manufactured diseases in order to sell cures continues to be exposed. Cures are already available for most diseases so that industry will have to retool itself towards the creation of life, ability and pleasure enhancing substances.
The application of free energy technology to replace petroleum will also begin in earnest. In order to prevent social disruption the oil, nuclear and other industries will undergo an orderly transformation. Early use of free energy technology will be restricted to such things as turning deserts green.
The political class is also going to see a major purge and many government are expected to fall over the coming year. Regime change is likely in Canada, England, Germany and the US.
It is not clear if all of these changes will be made with big public announcements or if they will just be phased in over time. Hopefully there will be a truth commission set up.
...
Overall, there is a lot of confusion in government circles in most Western countries as well as in Japan because the political class was mostly unaware of the existence of a secret government above them that ruled via control of the financial system.

This (imm. above) is the sort of coup that would mean a more direct and immediate seizure of power. Any timeline beyond "immediately" frustrates me, but I digress. Clearly, I'm not alone.
I want to return to Calleman's observations here about necessity playing its part in the great unfolding here,
We should then expect an even further escape from abstract values as the sixth night begins, a shift that may be expected to especially severely hit the western economies of the United States and the United Kingdom, which remain the financial centers of the world and control much of its banking activities.
...
In this downturn it will then come a point when it will start to dawn on many people that it will never be possible to resurrect the old growth economy and that there will never be any return to a “business as usual.” At that point very radical socio-economic solutions will need to be explored for people to survive also in a literal physical sense as it becomes obvious that it is the nature of the economic relationships and the chains to the economy of the past that cause the problems.
We may for instance ask what will happen if major portions of the population in economically significant countries will not be able to pay their mortgages? Will these people then have to leave their houses in mass so that countless houses owned by banks will sit empty when people are out on the streets?
...
Calleman continues on our likely (and, I say, inevitable) response,
...

We really are here, now.
The new system, about which Fulford and Wilcock have both spoken, includes the release of free energy. The system we will see after this "financial vomiting" will, in Fulford and Wilcock's words, see the removal of the parasite that has crippled the global economy; increase the value of our currency to 100 or 1,000 times its current value; would see the restructuring of the Federal Reserve and our financial systems, and would see everyone virtually living like a millionaire.
With the positive changes foreseen with this new financial (and social system) we would experience more freedom. Free technology, and the increased value to our currency would put everyone on a level playing field; would provide for everyone equally, and would allow for the freedom to pursue the things that bring us joy - to live life.
It would also allow for a discussion on disclosure (where did these technologies come from?); would allow for the creation of social systems aimed at educating people on why this happened in the first place; provide the greater context for what is happening; and educate people on what is about to happen.
Just take a moment and imagine what you would do if given the finances and freedom to do it (after you've had your vacation and recovered from your years of living as a corporate or other cog). After you've had a break and had time to let the dust and realization settle, what then?
The items above are only the tip of the iceberg for what these positive changes would provide.
Fulford indicates a more gradual timleline for these events to unfold (i.e., a subtle "phasing").
However, it should be plain to see that a subtle phasing would obviate the need for a discussion on disclosure (the rollout would be so subtle and slow - a seemingly natural technological progression that it would virtually escape notice); it would prolong the suffering and poverty on the planet; it would give more time for our financial situation to deteriorate even more; and more importantly, it would allow these criminal elements to continue their criminal enterprise, maintain their perceived integrity, and appear as a tacit approval for everything they've done up to this point - this doesn't work for me.
Fulford's insights are based on his financial background, economic indicators, and his insider contacts, etc. However, there is a greater context to what he is observing from this limited perspective. This is much more here than political maneuvering.
What Fulford is observing are those in control of (and in part, creators of) systems that are imploding. These systems have been created and / or usurped and poisoned and are now simply facing the consequences of these acts, and the shift occurring now.
In a practical, political sense, there are great efforts being made to sustain these now corrupt systems (i.e., those hanging onto a departing paradigm), but which will ultimately come to naught. This hasn't been realized (or perhaps it has), but in time will be.
We understand there are greater changes afoot, and while there may seem to be time for this cabal to allow for some reshuffling, it will amount to only that, and will still see these changes come to pass.
What is happening now is apart from, and is unaffected by any political, social, or human timeline or agenda. We are being told and shown "what will be" and it clearly doesn't involve the continuation of what we now have as far as financial / social systems.
It may appear that the U.S. government is in control, but soon what's happening will reveal the situation for what it truly is. This illusion won't continue too much longer - we're talking short term. Not from Fulford's political forecast, but through the greater pool of information and context within which these machinations take place.
There is a movement of consciousness on the planet that could be seen as a white fire. This fire has been ignited within individuals from Source, has moved to ignite groups, and now blazes across the planet as a growing inferno.
This fire is burning everything not in accord with it, and like Source's "End of Year Sale" - everything must go. This is a movement that originated with Source and is, at the moment, removing the blockages that have prevented it from being fully expressed. This is what is happening.
The systems we live "under" now are repressing our own full expression. Now, this is not to say that this hasn't served a purpose - everything created by Source has a purpose. What this does say, however, is that things have changed. So it's time to get on with it.
Many people are writing off the proponents and adherants of this movement as new age or ufo nuts, and see this as a sort of renaissance to the spiritual and love movement of the 1960's. In one sense it is, but in another sense, this is totally different. The force, momentum and end results, as we will see, are different and on a much vaster scale.
We are playing with details here, but must understand that these are now formalities for what is ultimately happening. Will a coup happen? Will the Federal Reserve be restructured? Will the I.R.S. be disbanded? Alll of these are formalities for the force that is compelling this entire thing.
This may sound like metaphysical crap, but the truth is, you either believe we exist in a random, chaotic and strictly physical, finite universe that sprung from nothing, or you believe there is more: infinity, a universe that has always existed and will always exist, cosmic order, multiple dimensions, souls, and an intelligent, loving field, or Source from which all phenomena spring.
If you don't believe in the latter, then what is happening on the planet today must be terrifying: bizarre and unexplainable events occurring all around you with no perceivable source, reason or connection.
If you were to change your perspective a little, and use the innate intelligence and common sense you've been given, you would see that there is an order and purpose to what is happening. As soon as you apply this perspective the puzzle pieces fall right into place.
In any event, whether or not the next series of events are troublesome or not, we understand their context, and what lies immediately on the other side.
FURTHER UPDATE: FEB. 9, 2010

Police Chiefs Resigning, Over 50 CEO's CFO's Resign in Last 3 Weeks
I found this a bit interesting. I wonder what would cause all these Police Chiefs to decide they didn't want their job and responsibilities anymore?
Also, wonder why all these CEO's and CFO's are up and quitting in the last three weeks? Kinda makes you wonder, huh? Came from another site and thought it was curious, so I shared. I also left the comments that they posted ... they are not mine ... Just wanted your imput as to why it means nothing ... oops ... I mean what you think! lol

POLICE CHIEFS RESIGNING!!
Does anyone find this weird?
This report was dated on Feb.7th, 2010. What are your thoughts about this?
POLICE CHIEFS RESIGNING!!
These had an interesting story:
1. Gaithersburg, MD Gaithersburg Police Chief John King resigned with little explanation last week, leaving his colleagues and community members wondering what happened.
2. Guttenberg, IA Police Chief Resigns After Seven Months on the Job, no reason
3. Harrisburg, PA - Richard Pickles retires after serving a month as Harrisburg police chief
4. Culpeper, VA When Scott Barlow announced two weeks ago he would step down from his job as chief of police with the town of Culpeper, it caught a lot of people off guard, including us.
5. Carbondale, IL - Police Chief Resigns, no reason given
6. Austin, MN - Several Austin City Council members said they were "shocked" by Austin Police Chief Paul Philipp's resignation Tuesday morning.
7. Jonesboro, GA - The City of Jonesboro’s new police chief has resigned, five weeks after being named to the top job.
8. Manassas, VA - found this quote: "I hope the Chief enjoys his retirement. Between his service in the Secret Service, Fairfax and Manassas, he’s earned it."
9. West Covina, CA - Tolich, a 21-year veteran of the force, retired nine years before he was eligible for full retirement benefits, Finance Director Thomas Bachman said. In an email Tolich sent to members of the department, he tells fellow officers that a personal matter involving him and his family led to the sudden departure.
These were either benign stories or little info given. (Bearing in mind that a seasoned cop could probably make a pretty believable alibi for leaving.)

Re:CEO/CFOs are Resigning Fast ? 17 Minutes ago
Vicas .. your discovery is amazing .. if you read my last post in the thread Situation in Europe you may find the answers ..
it seems that the start of the economic final crash may be less than 30 days ahead ..
if that ends being the case the resignations make a lot of sense ... the CEOs don't want their name stamped in a sinking boat .. and police chiefs don't want to be responsible for the bloodshed they know it's coming when social chaos breaks loose.
I just hope they are not already heading to their D.U.M.B. basses .. otherwise we are all doomed.
